Argentina's Rational Default

August 7, 2014

This default, Argentina's eighth, is perhaps the strangest in history. The government has plenty of cash on hand and has already deposited its most recent interest payment of five hundred and thirty-nine million dollars with its trustee, the Bank of New York Mellon. But the bank cannot forward Argentina's money to its creditors, because Thomas Griesa, a federal judge in New York, has issued an order prohibiting the transfer.

It's their EIGHTH default, but it matters not because they really had the money. The hidden hand is playing cames holding up the payment. Notice the amount of the interest. Imagine the amount of the debt. We are all slaves to the banksters. However, Argentina has something every agent looking for a safe haven should desire THE TANGO! Let the bastards play their games. We have moonlit nights and music and romance. The banksters have delusions of glory. The Cafe links to Buenos Aires here and shares the passion of travel to that Latin land where the dance and the ambiance are an inspiration. Never fear them. Enjoy yourself. Let them fear us in case the music ever stops.
