There's been a good upper respiratory infection going around the Toronto area. I found some HOT Scotch Bonnet peppers quite the antidote. They really sent the germs packing. By a bizarre co-incidence Google celebrates the 151st anniversary of Wilbur Scoville the originator of the pepper heat scale in 1912. It's wise to know what you eat before you burn yourself that's for sure. Like many things from Eden they have great healing powers. The HOT pepper included.
