This is just the start, but it is right on target. The letters Googe form a common misspelling of Goodge which is a street in London of course. It is also a tube stop. It is just south of Howland Street. As we decoded in the Amelia Earhart Google doodle her destination was Howland Island. The most likely target would be a Howland in London. The woman fencing has her right arm bent in a manner that could form the letter 'd'. We see soccer, basketball, javelin, fencing and swimming being the events exposed. The meat of the matter is Goodge Station was a deep bomb shelter in WWII. General Eisenhower gave his broadcast about the invasion of France from there according to some opinion. A correction which fits our scenario is that he sent an encoded message to the Prime Minister and the President. Conveniently there is a Mosque at 46 Goodge Street. You can't make this up.
